MBM / Uchida Aerocut PRIME

The Aerocut PRIME is a complete full-bleed slit/cut/crease/perforating finishing system. The PRIME is an ideal solution for short-run digitally printed applications. PRIME has the capability to perforate stocks both across and along feeding direction by adding an optional unit. It features 2 single blade slitters to trim top & bottom margins and 2 double blade slitters for center gutters and precise accuracy. Runs 24 sheets/min with a sheet capacity of 4”.

MBM / TRIUMPH 5260 VRCut Ready

The Triumph 5260 is a programmable cutter with automatic clamp, power back gauge, digital touchpad and IR safety light beams on the front. Cutting width is 20 3/8” and height is 3”. Cut documents with ease when oupled with the revolutionary VRCut software. VRCut is a groundbreaking PC software solution designed to automate the cutting workflow by promoting an efficient and error-free cutting process from start to finish.

MBM / Uchida Aerocut Velocity

Digital print finishing system, economically consolidating slitting, cutting and creasing into a single operation. In addition to faster production speeds and increased capacity, the Velocity comes with an improved color touch-screen interface, increased memory and micro cross-perfing capability. An Adobe plug-in allows designers to set up jobs and easily transfer the templates from workstation to the G2, saving even more production time.

MBM 1800S

The 1800S from MBM is the new and improved model of the 1500S. It has an automatic air feed folder that is perfectly suited for digital work. 30 custom folds and non-standard paper sizes can be stored in memory. It has the removable folding roller for easy maintenance, the adjustable folding roller pressure, and a spring loaded feed angle adjustment dial.
